We offer a combination of in-house shipping for retail items and shipping directly from our print-on-demand partners for custom-printed products like apparel, mugs, and journals. Please note that these items may arrive separately if ordered together.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Retail Items (In-House Shipping)
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Print-on-Demand Products
- Processing Time: 2–7 business days (varies by product)

- Domestic: 3–8 business days after processing
- International: 10–20 business days after processing
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on product and destination.
Note: Print-on-demand products ship directly from our production partners, so these items will arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For orders with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers for items shipped by our print-on-demand partners and our in-house team.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for both retail and print-on-demand products. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Packaging
- Retail Items: Shipped in eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
- Print-on-Demand Products: Packaging may vary as these are shipped directly by our partners.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the timelines above, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
- Damaged or Incorrect Retail Items: Contact us at cedarmoon@att.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Damaged Print-on-Demand Products: Contact us at cedarmoon@att.net with photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to resolve the matter.
- Lost Packages: If tracking indicates your package is lost, reach out to us, and we will investigate with the carrier or production partner.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
- Retail Items: Returns are accepted on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Print-on-Demand Products: These items are custom-made and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
